Steve Jordan
Vice President of Identity MCO, Inc.

Steve Jordan is the Vice President of IMCO. His duties include selecting and training new staff, maintaining efficient work flows and insuring that the systems, procedures and equipment are optimally utilized.

A former officer in the United States Army, Jordan later became a Claim Representative and had a 32 year career for an international insurance carrier.

He earned his degree in Corporate Finance from Indiana University and completed his executive course work at the Darden School of Business at University of Virginia and the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.



Edward C. Loughlin, Jr. M.D.
Medical Director

Dr. Loughlin is a board certified Orthopaedic Surgeon who has worked in his Private Practice in Atlanta since 1964. A native of Henderson, North Carolina, Loughlin attended the University of North Carolina and the University of Pennsylvania Medical College before completing his Straight Surgical Internship at Emory University Hospital in 1960.

Loughlin is the recipient of the Distinguished Service Award from the Medical Association of Atlanta as well as the Medical Achievement Award from the Emory Medical Alumni Association. He has also served as President of the Atlanta Orthopaedic Society, Medical Director to the Atlanta Easter Deal Rehabilitation Center and Chairman of the Department of Orthopaedics at Piedmont Hospital. Dr. Loughlin was recently appointed as a Clinical Associate Professor of Orthopedics at Emory University’s School of Medicine.



Cindiella Nixon, RN, BSN, COHN-S/CM
Nurse Case Manager

Cindiella Nixon is a nurse case manager for Identity MCO where she monitors, evaluates and coordinates the medical care of injured workers in the state of Georgia.

She has been a registered nurse for over 30 years with a background in surgical and burn intensive care. Nixon was also manager of an employee health/occupational health clinic and occupational health nurse for a large manufacturing plant in Georgia. She has been with Identity MCO since its inception, and because of her background, has a unique understanding of the requirements of the employer, physician and injured worker.

Nixon is a registered nurse with the University of Southern California School of Nursing, and she holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from the University of San Francisco.



Linda O’Neill, R.N., M.S.N.
Nurse Case Manager

Linda O’Neill is a registered Nurse Case Manager for IMCO. Prior to this she was a Medicaid and Disease case manager, as well as a Triage Nurse in the private health insurance industry for three years.

O’Neill has worked in clinical research and has been a Nursing Professor in Medical/Surgical as well as Obstetrical, Pediatric and Hospice Nursing.
In addition to this, she is a Major in the Army Nurse Corps, and is now a member of the Individual Ready Reserve in the state of Georgia.

O’Neil holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Kent State University and a Master of Science in Nursing from Case Western Reserve University.
She has been a registered nurse for over 30 years.



Paulette Robinson, RN, BSN
Nurse Case Manager

Paulette Robinson is a registered Nurse Case Manger for Identity MCO where she coordinates care with all medical services for injured workers in the state of Georgia. Prior to joining Identity MCO she was as a Nurse Case Manager and Director of Adult Private Duty in a health insurance and workman’s compensation company in Georgia for eight years.

Robinson has been a nurse for over 20 years with experiences ranging from medical and surgical nursing, charge nurse in the emergency room and ICU & CCU Coordinator. She was also a Major in the United States Air Force and a member of the Nurse Flight team, and assisted the life flight unit at two major hospitals.

A graduate of Troy State University and the University of Miami, Robinson holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Today she is a Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist and an ACLS and CPR Instructor.
